Just want to say that the new ducted Valet system installed in our new house we had built is fantastic, it is so quiet, and I dont need to worry about the vacuum hitting the walls now. The best part is my kids think its great and they fight over who will vacuum when it is chore time!!!.
My favourite is the kick back installed in the kitchen makes sweeping up so much easier.
Great value for money, would highly recommend any one building a house seriously look at having one installed.

We have used a ducted vacuum system for years now and would never go back to a portable unit. The only problem was remembering to buy replacement bags from time to time and i find it a hassle driving around.

Valet makes a great product and we have had the old vacuum head for 20 years. The Combo Luxury head we recently bought from you is cheaper than the regular vacuum head that I can get in Perth is strong, efficient and works a treat.

Received the new ducted vacuum unit Valet V1SH in super quick time - 1.5 days after I ordered it. I have now installed it, which was very simple works very well, great suction, much better than our previous system. I was unsure about bagged or bag less as my old system was bag less, now I love the bagged it's so much easier and cleaner to empty.

Hello from NSW

We had a valet ducted system installed 3 years ago and are very satisfied with it, especially the very high suction which is still maintained. We have been renovating the bathroom and laundry and recently bought a new hanger to hold the hose inside a new laundry cupboard. The new hanger arrived promptly, fits in the cupboard well and can hold up to four loops of the hose.

I received my Mop Head Floor Tool from the Ducted Vacuum Shop and found it worked wonderfully.

When I bought this house it already had a Valet Ducted Vacuum System installed. I previously had used many different types and brands of vacuum cleaners, but the Valet System is definitely the best. I have had no problems with the system over the past 5 years and would certainly recommend a Valet System to anyone.
I found Ducted Vacuum Shop on the net and was glad to see the range of spare parts and accessories that were available and with the number of wood and tile floors in our house, I had to have one. It glides over both surfaces with ease and leaves no marks.

Have always told people when the subject of vacuum cleaners arises in conversations that I cannot understand why people who spend so much money on building new homes do not fit the Valet Ducted Vacuum System. They are fantastic. We purchased our current home some 24 yrs ago and the home was then 5 yrs old , fitted one set of brushes some 12 yrs ago @ very little cost and have only now replaced the motor after 29yrs of use. The motors are very powerful , giving you excellet suction, and the ease of use not having to drag cords & vacuum unit around the house is great. I find it very easy to use, light in weight with only the hose and attachment to hold which helps me to vacuum with ease due to my back problem. Highly recommend these systems .
