Frequently asked questions for our shop

Q. Do you provide Tax Invoices with purchases?

A. Yes, all purchases from Ducted Vacuum Shop, both online and from our ebay store will receive a Tax Invoice for that purchase.

Q. If I purchase multiple items from your store, can i get a discount on postage?

A. Yes, if the cost of postage can be reduced when we pack up your order, a refund (not credit) of the difference will be made back to you. You will be notified of the refund and your tax invoice will show the final amount.

Phone us between 09:00 and 17:30 Adelaide time Monday to Friday on (08) 8261 8223 and we will combine your order over the phone and email you an invoice which you can pay by bank deposit or PayPal.

Q. How can I be sure that you have sent the item?

A. We use Australia Post eParcel Service and TNT Road Express for deliveries. Both are web traceable and we send you the tracking details once we have shipped it via email. From here you can track the progress of your delivery or see if it is waiting collection at your post office.

Q. Do we have to be home for deliveries?

A. All deliveries require a signature upon delivery, if your item is sent by eParcel, and the postie or courier misses you, it will be available for collection at your Post Office.

If it was sent by TNT Road Express, someone NEEDS to be there upon delivery. TNT do charge us for re-delivery and we will need to pass these additional charges on to you if no one was there at the time of an attempted delivery. If this is difficult to achieve, simply get us to send it to a business premises who will accept on your behalf, we will need all their details including phone number.

Q. Do you have a showroom where we can see your products?

A. Yes we do, our new showroom has just opened at 396 North East Rd, Windsor Gardens, S.A.
